Syan Leung, fashion stylist and art director, also with his experience as Visual Merchandising in JOYCE, Fashion Coordinating in Calvin Klein and Styling in Farfetch. He especially enjoys working fashion editorials, having published his work in numerous magazines around the world. His clients also include celebrities, advertising agencies, and he even is the founder and fashion director of Mindly.journal, the Hong Kong online blog magazine.

Fashion, to Leung, means more than just a fascinator. Rather, its an endless study that requires persistent and close attention. We will never be able to tell what will go into the trend or who is coming under the spotlight even in the close future., said Leung.

Influenced by his family, fashion design has always been Syan’s dream. At the age of 15, he decided to devote himself to the industry. With the expertise acquired from the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) where he garnered the Best Fashion Styling Award at graduation. Syan also achieved notable honor during this time at London College of Fashion (LCF).

His work have been appeared in varies international magazines, including Elle, Marie Claire, L'OFFICIEL, Schon, Design Scene, MMScene, Fuuucking Young, Bullett, Fault, South China Morning Post, The Peak, Institute, Sicky, Hunger, Baccarat, MRRM, among others.

He is also experienced with celebrities, including Eddie Pang, Sean Lee Davis, Julian Cheung, Lynn Hung, Ana Rivera, Cecilia So, C Allstar, etc.

Besides fashion, Syan also works styling for advertising agencies for commercial, client including FOX Channal, Cathay Pacific, MTR, Kerry logistic, Bank of China, Hang Seng bank, Sheraton hotel, Conrad Macao, Somersby, Philips, Kinder, Mead Johnson, Olay, Casablanca, Kinox, etc.

He also does production and directs for show and event, including Calvin Klein, KMS, Goldwell, etc.

As a stylist, he is also the regular guest stylist of interview and event for Apple daily and YMCA, demonstrating the styling profession and his work experience.

Now Syan is based in Hong Kong.
